When am I charged?▼
You're charged at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually). Your first charge occurs when your free trial ends, or when you add a payment method if subscribing mid-trial.
Can I cancel anytime?▼
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
How do team seats work?▼
Every team member you invite — Owner, Admin, or Doctor — requires a paid license at your plan's per-user rate. The license is added to your subscription as soon as the invitation is accepted.
Accessing Billing Settings
Manage your subscription and billing from Settings → Billing. Only team admins can access billing settings.

Converting to Paid
When your trial ends, you'll be prompted to subscribe. Add a payment method to continue using VetVisit AI. If you don't subscribe, your account becomes read-only—you can still access existing sessions but can't create new ones.
