Team Structure
VetVisit AI uses a simple team structure:
Practice
The top level, representing your clinic or hospital. Manages billing and contains all of your team members.
Team Members
Individual users with a role (Owner, Admin, or Doctor) and a data access level that determines whose sessions and notes they can see.
Team Roles
Each team member has a role that determines what they can do:
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | The practice creator. Full access to billing, team, and all clinical features |
| Admin | Can manage the team (invite, remove, and update members) plus all clinical features |
| Doctor | Standard access: record sessions, generate notes, and use templates |
Independently of role, each member also has a Data Access Level: "Own Data Only" (they can only see their own sessions, notes, and tasks) or "Full Team Access" (they can see everyone's).
Team Pricing
VetVisit AI is priced per user: $70/user/month, or $50/user/month billed annually. Every team member — whether Owner, Admin, or Doctor — needs a license.
