Adding Team Members

Inviting team members to VetVisit AI is simple. Send an email invitation from the Team page and they'll create their account and join your practice automatically once they accept.

Invite by Email

The most common way to invite team members is via email:

1. Go to Team (sidebar)
2. Click "Invite Member"
3. Enter the person's email address and, optionally, their name
4. Select their role (Doctor or Admin) and Data Access Level
5. Review the license cost shown, then click "Send Invitation"

Invitation Status

Track pending invitations in Team (sidebar). Each invitation shows its status:

What Happens After Invitation

For New Users

If the invitee doesn't have a VetVisit AI account:

1. They click the invitation link
2. They create an account (name, email, password)
3. They verify their email
4. They're automatically added to your team
5. They can start using VetVisit AI immediately

For Existing Users

If the invitee already has a VetVisit AI account:

1. They click the invitation link
2. They sign in to their existing account
3. They're added to your team
