Email preferences
Go to Settings → Notifications to choose which optional emails you get. There are two switches:
- Trial emails: tips while you try VetVisit AI, a reminder before your trial ends, and a check-in afterwards.
- Product updates: occasional news about new features for your practice.
Changing them
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Tick or untick Trial emails and Product updates
- Click Save changes
You can also click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any trial or product-update email. That changes the same switch you see in Settings.
Emails that are always sent
Account emails such as password resets, receipts and security alerts are always sent, because you need them to keep your account safe and your billing correct.
In-app notifications
The bell in the sidebar opens your notifications: for example when a transcription or a note is ready, when a teammate is invited or joins your practice, or when a feature request you follow changes status.
- Click a notification to open what it is about
- Mark one or all as read
- Delete one, or clear them all
