Working with Your Practice Software
VetVisit AI notes can be copied and pasted into any practice management software — there's no proprietary integration required. Different systems handle pasted content a little differently, so here are some general tips:
Rich text pastes with unexpected formatting▼
Some practice software strips or mangles rich text formatting. Switch to the plain text copy format (⌘+Shift+C) and paste again — it's universally compatible.
Not sure which format your software prefers▼
Paste a short test note before your first real session to see how your software handles it. Most practice management systems accept pasted text into their record or notes fields without issue.
Your software only accepts file uploads▼
Download the note as a PDF and upload it as an attachment instead of copying and pasting.
Still having trouble▼

Best Practices
Review before exporting—always verify the note is complete and accurate before copying to your practice software.
Test your practice software first—try pasting a test note to see how formatting is handled before your first real session.
Use plain text if needed—if rich text causes issues, plain text is universally compatible.
Keep sessions accessible—VetVisit AI saves all sessions, so you can re-export notes anytime.
